Common questions.

01 — Engagement & pricing

Because you can judge the process instead of a client list we don't have yet. Every price, every timeline and every revision count on this site is something you can hold us to before you pay a deposit — that's a stronger guarantee than a logo wall from a studio that won't tell you what anything costs.

Every package has a fixed 'from €X' price and a full list of what's included, published on /pricing/ and on the service's own page. 'From' means the price can go up if you add scope beyond the tier's listed inclusions — it never means 'call us to find out.' You'll see the final price before you add anything to your cart.

Read the 'who it's for' section on the service page you're looking at — each tier states plainly who it's built for and what you get that the tier below doesn't. If you're still not sure, the packages list what's excluded too, which usually settles it faster than what's included does.

02 — Process & timelines

It's covered by your package's revision rounds — if feedback at Build means we need to revisit a Found-stage decision, that comes out of the published revision count first. If a stage needs to repeat beyond that count (a genuine scope change, not a preference change), we'll quote the extra time before doing it.

At the end of each stage we send what we've made and ask for one consolidated round of feedback from a single named decision-maker — not a committee thread. We build that into the next stage, present again, and move on. Fewer, clearer rounds keep the published timeline honest.

We hold your slot for 10 business days after the last requested feedback. Past that, the project pauses and resumes when you're ready to review again — it doesn't restart from zero, but a long pause can shift your delivery date, since the studio's schedule keeps moving for other clients.

03 — IP & revisions

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, you own the deliverables and the source files for the package you bought — logo files, site code, print-ready files, whatever the package specifies. We don't hold your brand hostage behind a licensing fee.

Every package states its revision count up front — most run 2–3 rounds. A round is a single consolidated set of feedback per stage, not unlimited back-and-forth. Extra rounds beyond the package can be added at an hourly rate, agreed before we start on them.

That's what /contact/ is for — the exception, not the default. Tell us what you need and we'll either point you to the closest package plus an add-on, or scope something bespoke and quote it in writing before any work starts.
