1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms govern the purchase of any package listed on designfounding.com from designfounding, S.L., NIF B12345678, Carrer de Dolça de Provença, 4, Sant Martí, 08020 Barcelona, Spain ("the studio"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
2. The packages & how ordering works
Every package on this site is sold with a fixed scope, a published price and a stated timeline and revision count, all shown on the package's card before you add it to your cart. Adding a package to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an order for the exact scope described in that package's "includes" list at the time of purchase. Work outside a package's stated scope is out of scope by default and is quoted separately in writing before it begins.
3. Prices & taxes
All prices are shown in EUR, before IVA (Spanish VAT). IVA at the applicable rate (currently 21%) is added at checkout. Prices are fixed for the scope stated; they change only if you request scope beyond that, confirmed with you in writing before the extra work starts.
4. Payment & deposits
For one-off packages, you choose at checkout between a 30% booking deposit (balance invoiced at kickoff, before the Build stage begins) or payment in full. Monthly packages (Design Partner, Content Pack) charge the first month in full at checkout and renew automatically each month until cancelled with 30 days' notice.
5. The four-stage process
Every project runs through Survey, Found, Build and Finish, described in full on /process/. You'll receive a written brief to sign off at the end of Survey, and review checkpoints during Build corresponding to the revision rounds published on your package.
6. Revisions & scope changes
Each package states its included revision-round count. A round is one consolidated set of feedback per stage. Additional rounds, or any change to the agreed scope, are quoted and confirmed in writing before we act on them — never added to an invoice without your prior agreement.
7. Intellectual property & delivery
Work-in-progress files remain the studio's property until the final invoice is paid. On full payment, ownership of the deliverables and source files described in your package transfers to you. Third-party licensed assets (stock imagery, fonts, licensed music) transfer under their own licence terms, stated at delivery. The studio retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Client responsibilities
You're responsible for providing, on the timeline agreed at kickoff: a single named decision-maker able to give consolidated feedback per stage; any assets, access or content your package requires (listed as "what you provide" on the package); and timely sign-off at each review checkpoint. Delays in providing these may extend your project's delivery date.

10. Liability
The studio is liable for the direct performance of the services described in your package. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction rules that may apply to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
