Product Design

Usable, structured flows and a component system your own team can keep building with.

from €2,500

A close crop of interface frames and component annotations pinned to a board, corner brackets marking selected elements.

01 — Who this is for

  1. You're a tech or startup founder, or a small product team, building or scaling a SaaS/app that needs usable, structured flows — not marketing polish.

→ Audited or redesigned key flows your users can actually complete.

  2. Your MVP was founder-built or agency-built, and the usability debt has reached the point where nobody in-house can safely extend it.

→ A reusable component system your own team or developer keeps building with after we step back.

  3. You need continuity, not a one-off delivery — design capacity embedded in your sprint cycle, not a project that ends and leaves a gap.

→ The only service in the catalogue billed as an ongoing monthly retainer.

02 — What's included

  • Flow-by-flow usability review
  • Redesigned key flows (wireframe → high-fidelity)
  • A reusable component library (Figma)
  • Interaction/state specs for developer handoff
  • A design QA pass after implementation
  • Ongoing monthly capacity (full tier only)

04 — How this runs

  1. 01

    Survey

We use the product ourselves, read your analytics if you have them, and talk to your team about where users actually get stuck.

  2. 02

    Found

We decide which flows carry the most risk and lock the component logic they need to share — the rules the redesign will inherit.

  3. 03

    Build

We design and prototype the flows, build the component library alongside them, and hand off interaction specs your developer can build from directly.

  4. 04

    Finish

We run a design QA pass once it’s implemented, document the component system, and — on Design Partner — this stage never really ends.

07 — Product Design's common questions

No — if you already know which flows need work, go straight to Key Flows. The Audit exists for teams that need that prioritisation decided first; it's a starting point, not a gate.

We design and deliver specs a developer implements — Product Design doesn't include development. If you need both design and build, Web Design covers marketing sites; for product/app builds, we can recommend developers we've reviewed specs with before.

You can cancel with 30 days' notice and start a new Design Partner engagement later — we can't hold a slot open unpaid, since that capacity is what other clients are booking against. A clean restart is straightforward if the same team is available.

Audit, redesign, or embedded capacity — the price is on this page.
