Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use one similar technology, localStorage, to remember your cart contents and your cookie choice itself — this policy covers both.
2. Cookies & storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Consent required? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
df.consent.v1 | localStorage | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you clear it | No — essential |
df.cart.v1 | localStorage | Remembers your cart between visits | Until you clear it or order | No — essential |
_ga, _ga_* | Cookie (Google Analytics 4) | Anonymised usage statistics | Up to 14 months | Yes — analytics, opt-in |
3. How consent works on this site
On your first visit, a banner offers three equal choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Cookie settings (for a granular choice). No non-essential script — including Google Analytics — loads, and no non-essential cookie is set, until you choose. Nothing is pre-ticked. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.
4. Managing your preferences
Reopen your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice persists across visits until you change it or clear your browser storage.
5. Third-party cookies
Google Analytics 4 is the only third-party, non-essential script on this site, and it loads only after you opt in. See Google's own privacy policy for how it processes analytics data.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the cookies or tools we use change. Check the date at the top of this page for the last revision.
